If you had told us that a hospital in San Bernardino would be where our fairytale began, we probably would have laughed. Between long shifts, endless studying, and trying to survive our medical training, we somehow found our favorite person.

What started as an instant friendship quickly became the kind of best friendship neither of us wanted to live without. The more time we spent together, the more we realized we fit together in all the ways that mattered. We shared the same faith, the same love for our families, the same passion for caring for others through medicine, and the same questionable habit of convincing ourselves there was always room for dessert after trying a new restaurant.

Before long, our families met—and just like us, they clicked instantly. Somewhere between countless cups of chai, way too much knafeh, and endless family gatherings, two families became one big, loud, loving team.

Then came our favorite chapter yet.

In November 2025, Elias swept me away on a boat, where he got down on one knee and asked the easiest question I've ever answered. The celebration didn't stop there—we sailed straight into an engagement party on a yacht, surrounded by the people who have loved and supported us from the very beginning.

And now, here we are, ready to begin our greatest adventure yet.
We can't wait to celebrate the next chapter of our story with all of you.
